This notice explains what Blake AI collects through this website and how we use it. Blake AI is a property-report product for real estate agents.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:
- Waitlist: your name and email address.
- Feedback: your message, and — if you choose to provide them — your name and email address.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.
How we use it
- To contact you about beta access and product updates you asked for.
- To read and respond to your feedback.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t send marketing unrelated to Blake AI. You can ask us to remove your details at any time.
Service providers
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. When form delivery is enabled, submissions are sent to us by email using Cloudflare’s email service. These providers process data on our behalf to operate the site.
Retention
We keep waitlist and feedback details only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete them on request or when no longer needed.

Reports produced by Blake AI are informational only and are not appraisals, CMAs, or legal, financial, or brokerage advice. Information may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently verified.
